Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our standard policy is:

• Cancel 14 or more days before your track day: your deposit can be transferred to another available date.
• Cancel within 14 days: the deposit is non-refundable, as we’ll have reserved the bike for you.
• If we cannot fulfil your booking, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
